Cyprien lost every living human being related to him in the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. I told him here, that he would be my brother for the rest of my life, and that he was FAMILY.

This man, Cyprien, who could find a heart, so wonderful and joyful as this man? Cyprien has grown so close to Christ since I saw him last. Both he and his wife Claudette asked me to baptize them. Tim Bakker joined me in this incredible moment.
